History
Crème de la Cream Company B.V. was founded as an international mercantile company in 1946. Its trading activities were expanded in the 1990s with the production and packaging of coffee creamers. The new enterprise proved very successful and was soon followed up with a range of packaging products for sweeteners, cappuccino, hot chocolate drinks, cocoa, instant cocoa, instant coffee, instant soup, sugars and so on.
The next phase saw the company investing in a production line for the packaging of powder products in glass jars and circular cartons. Packaging capacity and diversity was further increased thanks to the acquisition of a co-packer in Zaandam. Tins, refill bags, quadro seal bags, sachets and sticks are currently offered as standard options.
The most appealing opportunities today are in the sticks, with untold possibilities for expansion. Hence investments will concentrate in that area in the coming years.
